This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Aggravated Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). Appellant was tried before a jury who set his punishment at fifty (50) years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In addition, the jury assessed appellant a fine of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000). Appellant raises thirteen (13) points of error on appeal. We will address some points grouped together and some we will address individually.
